San Bernardino County Sheriff Ask For Help In Finding Two Missing People

PHELAN, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> San Bernardino County Sheriff in the Victor Valley office are asking for help in finding two critical missing people, reported on Friday morning.

On Thursday March 4, 2021, at 4pm. 79 year old Willard Hill left his residence in Phelan with his 70 year old sister, Dorcas Hill. The pair are believed to be traveling in a 2001 black (sun faded) Ford Expedition California license plate # 5HYA251. It is believed they were headed to the Valley Hi Toyota dealership in Victorville.

Willard Hill is a white adult male, 79 year old, 5’1” medium build. He was reported to be wearing plaid shirt, jeans and black hat.

Dorcas Hill is a white adult female, 70 year old, 4’10” and approximately 100 lbs.

At 8:30pm Thursday when both hadn’t returned home, family members contacted law enforcement. William is insulin dependent and both have dementia.

UPDATE at 12:30pm Saturday Willard and Dorcas Hill have been located and are safe.
