HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will begin work on a $122 million project to rehabilitate and repave 59 miles of traffic lanes and ramps and upgrade the drainage systems on Interstate 15 in San Bernardino County.
This week will span from Oak Hill Road in Hesperia to just south of Bear Valley Road in Victorville. The project is scheduled to begin Sunday November 7. The contractor, Sully Miller Contracting Company from Brea, CA will begin grinding and paving operations on November 7th at 8pm. There are no closures schedule on Thursday November 11 due to Veteran’s Day.
Northbound lane closures*: Sunday night November 7 to Wednesday November 10 between the hours of 8pm and 9am Saturday November 13 from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Southbound lane closures*: Monday night November 8 to Wednesday November 10 between the hours of 6pm and 5am. Friday night November 12 Saturday morning November 13 between 7pm to 8am.
*On and off ramps may be subject to closure. Please use caution and remember to reduce your speed when approaching and driving through the construction zones. Schedules are subject to change due to inclement weather or construction issues.
