RIALTO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Three members of a Victorville family killed in a fiery rollover crash last Sunday morning have been officially identified.
The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office identified the victims as Maria Concepcion Ortiz De Santiago, 57, and her son Steven Banuelos Ortiz, 18, were pronounced dead on the scene and Jacqueline Alexandra Banuelos, 19, later died at a hospital.
The fiery crash happened around 2:43am on July 28, 2024. The location of the rollover crash was near the Riverside Avenue exit on eastbound 210 Freeway.
According to a witness, the driver of the white 2005 Cadillac Escalade lost control, crashed into the center divider and crossed all lanes before going over the right shoulder down the embankment and caught fire.
Authorities have not yet determined who was driving at the time of the crash.
The family was returning to their home in the city of Victorville after catering an event, the family said.
