RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA, (Pain In The Pass) >> The Los Osos High School community is again mourning another tragic death of a student less than two weeks after a teenage girl apparently committed suicide by jumping from a bridge over the 210 Freeway.
News of the unidentified student’s death was confirmed by Chaffey Joint Union High School District Superintendent Dr. Mathew Holton.
“We can’t begin to express the depth of our grief over the heartbreaking loss of another student from Los Osos High School,” a portion of a statement by Holton stated Thursday. “Our deepest condolences go to the families and friends of both students lost in recent weeks. We stand united in supporting our community through this difficult time.”
Back on Friday September 13 at the same location, is where 17-year-old Emily Gold jump to her death.
Officials have not confirmed any connection between Thursday’s fatality and Gold’s death. The California Highway Patrol traffic log, reported that a teenager had jumped from the same overpass around 1:30am Thursday morning.
Rumored to be the boyfriend of the Emily who ended her life the same way just two weeks ago.
