Pickup Truck Hauling Travel Trailer Overturns On Southbound I-15 In Oak Hills

OAK HILLS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> At least one person was hurt when a pickup hauling a travel trailer overturned and a car crashed into them on Interstate 15 Friday afternoon.

California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino Fire Department received calls of a crash. It was reported on southbound Interstate 15 just before Oak Hill Road. This happened at about 2:28pm Friday afternoon on March 12, 2021.

The vehicles involved in the crash were a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck pulling a 40 foot travel trailer and a gray Honda Accord. On arrival, firefighters located a Honda with heavy front-end damage, a pickup truck with a travel trailer that overturned and was blocking the #1, #2 and the #3 lanes.

Three people were reported to have minor injuries and was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital to be checked out according reports from the San Bernardino Fire Department.

It was unclear what caused the crash.

This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Victorville Office.
