OAK HILLS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> An SUV pulling a U-Haul trailer lost control, causing the trailer to roll on the northbound Interstate 15 just after Oak Hill Road onramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 7:08am, Sunday May 8, 2022. The crash was located about a half of a mile after northbound I-15 Oak Hill Rd onramp. California Highway Patrol and the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to a traffic collision involving only one vehicle. From what the CHP traffic log stated a gold/tan Subaru Outback SUV lost control. This caused the Subaru and the trailer to roll-over on its side blocking two right lanes. No injuries were reported from this incident.
Another crash happened in the traffic backup involved three vehicles. One person was transported by ambulance from the scene.
Both incidents will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Victorville Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available. Please check back for updates on this incident.
