BARSTOW, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> All lanes on southbound Interstate 15 have reopened Monday after they were blocked by a jackknifed semi-tractor trailer, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP and San Bernardino Fire Department received calls of a collision on southbound I-15 just before Hodge Road. The crash happened at about 3:51pm Monday on September 12, 2022 under inclement weather.
This part of San Bernardino County was under Flash Flood Warning this afternoon, with heavy rain and wind expected throughout the region, prompted by the National Weather Service.
No injuries were reported. It’s unclear what caused the semi to jackknife. Heavy rainfall was in the area prior to the collision.
