Female Rider Injured In Motorcycle Crash On Southbound I-15 In Hesperia

HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> California Highway Patrol is investigating a motorcycle crash on southbound Interstate 15 in which one female rider was injured Saturday afternoon.

California Highway Patrol, and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic collision involving a black Honda Civic with some damage, and a black Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The crash took place at about 2:52pm November 5, 2022 on southbound I-15 just before the Ranchero Road exit in the bypass lane.

Rescue crews arrived on scene, they located the motorcycle and the rider in the bypass lane. The female rider and one other person were both transported to Desert Valley Hospital by ground ambulance. The rider had major head injuries and the other person with unknown injuries.

We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Victorville Office.
