Multiple Vehicle Crash Leads To Closure Of Southbound I-15 Lanes In The Cajon Pass Monday Morning

CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A multiple vehicle accident lead to multiple lane closures of southbound Interstate 15 in the Cajon Pass late Monday morning.

California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to a multiple vehicle crash. The collision was reported at about 10:37am, Monday November 21, 2022 on southbound Interstate 15 about two miles after Cleghorn Road exit. The four vehicles involved according to the CHP traffic log were a black Ford Expedition, white Toyota Tacoma pick-up truck, black Scion xD sedan, and a white a big rig.

Two lanes were blocked for about a hour while emergency crews and tow trucks were able to move the car and the pick-up truck out of lanes. The big rig reportedly damage about 60 feet of guardrail on the right shoulder.

Traffic was backed up all the way before Oak Hill Road.
