WRIGHTWOOD, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A driver involved in a single-vehicle rollover accident near the town of Wrightwood was airlifted to a hospital late Thursday night.
California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic collision involving a white Ford Bronco upside down about 11pm Thursday April 20, 2023. The collision was located on Highway 2 near Scrub Oak Drive on the right shoulder embankment.
Responding officers and rescue crews requested a medical helicopters to transport the driver with unspecified injuries. Mercy Air landed at the Stater Bros parking lot. The driver was transported to a local trauma center.
