WRIGHTWOOD, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) continues
work on a $4.6 million project to resurface existing lanes on Highway 2 in San Bernardino County. The project spans from the Los Angeles County line near the town of Wrightwood to Highway 138.
Wednesday August 25 and Thursday August 26 from 8am. to 6pm. daily and Friday, August 27 from 8am. to 2pm.
Paving operations will take place from Wright Mountain Road to Desert Front Road on Highway 2 Eastbound and westbound directions. One-way traffic control with flagging and pilot car will be in place to escort motorists through the construction zone. Expect delays up to 15 minutes at peak times. Be advised, weather may affect and delay this operation. Remember to reduce your speed in the work zone.
