Multiple Vehicle Crash Caused A Major Delay Friday Morning In The Cajon Pass

CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A multiple vehicle crash on the southbound Interstate 15 in the Cajon Pass Friday morning that caused major traffic delay.

California Highway Patrol and the San Bernardino County Fire Department were getting calls of a four vehicle crash with an additional unknown vehicle. It was reported to have been light fog in the area. The vehicles involved were reported to be a sliver Toyota Avalon that had rear-end damage by and a gray Nissan Frontier pickup truck and a burgundy Nissan Pathfinder. The four vehicle was a white Ford F-350 pickup truck with front-end damage to their vehicles. The crash was located just about across from the truck escape ramp blocking the fast lane on southbound I-15, about 6:05am on Friday March 4, 2022.

No injuries were reported at the scene. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available.
