5 Vehicle Crash Blocked The Bypass Lane Northbound I-15 In Hesperia Friday Afternoon

HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A five-vehicle crash had traffic backed up from the bypass lane on northbound Interstate 15 Freeway in Hesperia sent one to the hospital, officials said.

California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic collision involving five vehicles. The vehicles involving were a white Dodge Ram pickup truck with front end damage, white Ford F-250 with rear end damage. The third vehicle was an Honda Civic with front end damage. The fourth vehicle was white Scion tC car with rear damage. The fifth vehicle was a black BMW sedan with front-end damage. The crash took place at about 3:28pm October 21, 2022 on new bypass lane on northbound I-15 between Ranchero Road and Main Street.

Rescue crews arrived on scene, they located two vehicles of the five with major damage. The bypass lane and the #2 lane was blocked for about 30 minutes. One person was reported to be transported by a ambulance with minor injuries to a nearby hospital.

Traffic was backup all the way down to before Oak Hill Road.
