VICTORVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A three-vehicle collision along Interstate 15 sent one person airlifted to the hospital Friday afternoon.
California Highway Patrol Victorville Fire Department and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic collision involving a red Toyota Corolla sedan with major damage, a white Toyota Camry sedan with front-end damage, a white Ford Escape SUV with rear-end damage and possibly a semi according to the CHP traffic log. The crash took place at about 1:26pm November 18, 2022 about a mile before Main Street in the fast lane and the middle lane on southbound I-15 lanes.
Rescue crews requested one medical helicopter to transport the female victim of the red Toyota and one ground ambulance. The female driver was transported by Mercy Air #22 at the scene. She was flown to Loma Linda University Medical Center in unknown conditions. The driver of the Ford was transported by ground ambulance to a nearby hospital in minor condition.
