Roadwork On Ranchero Road Is Continuing with New Traffic Pattern

HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The Ranchero Road Widening Project is continuing this week. The widening project is approximately a 5 mile stretch of road near the 15 freeway to Seventh Avenue.

Be aware of roadwork in the following sections of Ranchero Road:

A new traffic pattern is in place from Cataba Road to Royal View Lane.

Intermittent lane closures will occur on Eastbound Ranchero Road at Maple and Seventh Avenues on Ranchero Rd. from Tuesday October 24 through Thursday Oct. 26 between 6:30am and 6:30pm* while crews install traffic signals.

Current efforts along the corridor include traffic signal installation and pole setting at 7th and Maple Avenues, waterline relocation from Topaz Avenue to Escondido Avenue, and culvert construction and paving from Escondido Avenue to the western end of the project limits.

Delays are expected while traveling through the construction zone. Please obey all posted signs and devices, personnel, and other motorists on the road.
