SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A 45-year-old man was killed after his motorcycle and a vehicle collided on Interstate 215 in San Bernardino, California Highway Patrol said.
The two-vehicle crash occurred around 11:10pm on Monday, October 2, 2023, before the Inland Center Drive exit on southbound I-215. California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic collision involving a unknown vehicle and a motorcycle.
CHP officials reported the motorcyclist and another vehicle collided in the fast lane due to unknown circumstances at this time.
The bike went down in the #1 lane, and the rider was then thrown from the motorcycle landed onto the traffic lanes.
When CHP and rescue personnel arrived, they found a man lying unresponsive on the roadway. He was later identified as Tyrone Dion Hunter, a resident of Colton by the San Bernardino County coroner’s office.
This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Inland Office.
