SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> An weak Cold Front will Sweep Across Southern California on Monday afternoon. Various areas of the forecast area will see different weather that will impact you. Some may see strong gusty winds, scattered chances of rain/snow showers, or all the above.
The Southern California Weather Force has posted the timing of the storm for the Inland Empire, the Cajon Pass, the mountains area, and the high desert. Rain showers will dissipate further south you go in SoCal. The weather system should be out early Tuesday morning.
Timing for Inland Empire/Cajon Pass. Light rain showers could start around 3pm-5pm Monday afternoon. There is a chance of fog in the Cajon Pass and rain showers. The Cajon Pass/foothills could get about a trace to no rain. The Inland Empire cities could get no rain to a trace of rain, each cities will vary. There no chance of snow at the top of the Cajon Pass with this storm.
Timing of the storm for the High Desert. The scattered light rain showers could start around 3pm-6pm of the high desert cities. Cities could get no rain to a trace of rain. Wind Advisory starts Monday and ends Tuesday morning gust up to 60 mph.
Timing of the storm for Wrightwood Mountains. Light rain/snow showers could start around 3pm-5pm Monday afternoon. Snow level will be high 6,000ft. Wrightwood could get about a trace rain total. A dusting of snow to two inches is possible in the higher mountain areas.
