HELENDALE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A brush fire burned five acres in Helendale Saturday morning, according to the San Bernardino County Fire Department.
The fire was reported at around 9:37am Saturday near the train tracks and National Trails Highway. There, firefighters found brush burning near Vista Road, the department said.
The forward rate of spread was stopped at five acres later that afternoon. No injuries were reported.
