SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, CA. ( Pain In The Pass) >> A subtropical cutoff low of monsoon moisture will be in SoCal area. Monday and Tuesday will bring a chance of rain showers and thunderstorms with possibly of dry lightning in the forecast.

Each pop-up thunderstorm cell could be capable of producing heavy rain showers, gusty, erratic outflow winds, gusting upwards of 40 to 60+ mph in region.
The heaviest downpours can have the potential to bring a quick 1+ inches of rain. The risk for localized flash flooding is low to medium, but cannot be ruled out because the ground is dry and in the burn scars areas.
