VICTOR VALLEY, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Southern California Weather Force Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning and a Red Flag Warning for the Victor Valley deserts and the Mojave desert for Saturday afternoon June 27, 2020, through Sunday. Winds will be blowing around 30 – 40 mph with gusts 50+ mph at times.

Localized spots of blowing dust and can create hazardous crosswinds for high profile vehicles at times on the Interstate 15 from Oak Hills/Hesperia up pass the Las Vegas area. High winds also on Interstate 40 in the Barstow area.

Those in the wind areas should secure loose items including trash cans, BBQ, patio furniture, and swimming pool stuff now.

Residents and drivers should remain vigilant for downed trees and power lines.
