VICTOR VALLEY, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A High Wind Advisory and Warning for Sunday night January 24, 2021 into Monday. Strong Wind Event with snow for the Victor Valley and Mojave Desert locations, mountains and the top of the Cajon Pass.

Southern California Weather Force Weather Service has issued a High Wind Advisory and Warning for San Bernardino County mountains and the high desert. With winds blowing around 40-50 mph with max wind gust at 65+ mph.

Wind intensity level maps is below (8 is the strongest gust to a 1 is weak).

Hazardous driving conditions are possible, especially on the 15 freeway from the top of the Cajon Pass to the Las Vegas area due to blowing dust and or snow. The snow level will drop to the desert floor Sunday night and Monday.

Please drive safe in the wind and the blowing snow (white out conditions).

Those in the wind areas should secure loose items including trash cans, BBQ, and patio furniture now.
