DEVORE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A very small vegetation fire broke out in the area of Sycamore Canyon in the town of Devore.
The fire was reported about 4:53pm Saturday, April 17, 2021.
The US Department of Forest Service, San Bernardino County Fire Department, and CAL Fire were getting calls of a small brush fire in the mountains of Sycamore Canyon area off of Glen Helen Parkway.
US Forest Service firefighters were quickly were on scene. The vegetation fire was called the Sycamore Fire.
Update at 6pm the fire has been stopped at about 3 acres burned. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
