CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >>  A late cold inside slider storm going to hit Monday morning through the afternoon. With light to drizzle rain fall and fog in the Cajon Pass. San Diego area will see more rain than San Bernardino and Riverside.

Take extra time by leaving early and drive with extra caution if you are driving down the Cajon Pass Monday. Rain shower can start early morning with most of the rain and can last into Tuesday morning. Heavy fog will be in the Cajon Pass both days. Remember it’s the law to have your vehicle lights “ON” in the rain. So people can see you in the rain/fog.

IE Valley/Cajon Pass: Light/drizzle rain showers in the morning for the morning commute. Roads/freeway can be wet and slippery so use caution if you are driving “SLOW DOWN”. Patchy fog in the Cajon Pass. NO SNOW for the Cajon Pass

Mountains: Snow level will be around 6,000 feet about 1 to 2 inches in higher elevation.  Below 5,000 feet will get rain showers. Gusty winds up to 50 mph on Monday.

High Desert: May get a rain shower or two. Wind Advisory with Strong Gusty winds up to 40-50 mph. If you are traveling be aware of reduced visibility due to blowing dust or sand. If you are driving a high profile vehicle be alert for sudden crosswinds. Use caution if you are traveling!

Just Remember to Slow Down and use caution when driving in the Cajon Pass, the freeways, and highways.
