DEVORE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> One person was injured in a head-on crash Friday evening on Cajon Boulevard/ Route 66, the California Highway Patrol reported.
California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino Fire Department received calls of a head-on crash with two vehicles. The crash was reported on Cajon Boulevard/Route 66, by Mathews Ranch Road. This happened at about 5:37pm Friday on May 7, 2021.
The two vehicles involved in the head-on crash were a burgundy Hyundai Sonata sedan and a sliver Honda Civic. One person was trapped inside the Honda and everybody was able to get out of the Hyundai. One person was transported to local hospital with unknown injuries, SBFD said.
This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available.
