This Week Nighttime Roadwork On I-15 In Hesperia And Victorville

HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will continue work on a $122 million project to rehabilitate and repave 59 miles of traffic lanes and ramps and upgrade the drainage systems on Interstate 15 in San Bernardino County.

This week will span from Oak Hill Road in Hesperia to just south of Bear Valley Road in Victorville. The project is scheduled to begin Monday. The contractor, Sully Miller Contracting Company from Brea, CA will begin grinding and paving operations each night below.

Northbound I-15 lane closures*: Monday night to Friday night January 10 between the hours of 9pm and 8am. From Oak Hill Road to Bear Valley Rd.

Southbound I-15 lane closures*: Monday night Friday night January 10 between the hours of 9pm and 5am. From Bear Valley Rd to Oak Hills Rd.

This week they are restriping lanes and installing temporary k-rails for the shoulder.

*Times can subject to change and could go longer. On and off ramps may be subject to closure. Please use caution and remember to reduce your speed when approaching and driving through the construction zones. Schedules are subject to change due to inclement weather or construction issues.
