RIALTO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A 14-year-old Fontana boy was killed in a solo vehicle rollover crash on eastbound 210 Freeway Monday night.
The crash happened at about 10:25pm, Monday July 11, 2022 on the eastbound 210 Freeway, east of Locust Avenue. According to the California Highway Patrol, the boy was a passenger in a 2011 white Honda Civic that overturned after veering right into a dirt embankment.
The boy was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released pending identification and notification of his family.
The driver and the other passenger injuries are unknown at this time.
The incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Inland Office. CHP said additional information will be updated as it becomes available. Details were limited at this time.
