LONG BEACH, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> An Amber Alert was issued Saturday morning after a 4-year-old boy was allegedly abducted by his own father in Long Beach.
The mother has a restraining order against the father. He broke in through a window in her house, assaulted her and took the child. On Friday December 30 at 11:39pm, Zayne Rhodes was abducted from the city of Long Beach. Zayne is a 4-year-old Asian male is 3 feet 5″ tall weighing 50 pounds, with black hair and brown hair. Zayne is believed to be wearing a black and gray hooded sweatshirt and pants.
The suspect is Stephen Rhodes, a 34-year-old black male, standing 6 feet tall, weighting 200 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. The suspect was last seen driving a 2018 black Chevrolet Impala with CA plate # 8KDW830. Authorities said he should be considered armed and dangerous. If seen, contact 911.
**Update the California Highway Patrol said on Twitter that the subject and the child had been located. No other details were available.
