VICTORVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The California Highway Patrol issued thus far resulting in the issuance of 90 citations, mostly for speeding, as officers saturated (fishing) on Interstate 15 in the High Desert area Memorial Day Monday, according to a report by the CHP.

Officers from the Victorville station, saturated Interstate 15 and multiple roadways in the communities within the High Desert.

  • 90 citations were issued for speeding.
  • 6 Verbal Warnings.
  • Two people were arrested in a stolen vehicle.

As you travel this Memorial weekend we ask you to slow down, pay attention, buckle up and drive to arrive.
