California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino Fire Department received calls of a head-on crash with two vehicles. The crash was reported to be on Cajon Boulevard/Route 66, in a curve near Swarthout Canyon Road. The collision happened at about 2:05pm Friday, September 29, 2023.
The two vehicles involved in the head-on crash were a light blue Honda Civic “Shuttle” wagon and a black Honda CRV SUV. It was reported the CRV was trying to pass on a double yellow line in a curve in the roadway.
Two people were reportedly transported to local hospital with minor injuries, SBFD said. No other injuries were reported at the scene.
