NEEDLES, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Authorities have identified the person killed in a traffic collision on Interstate 40 in a two vehicle collision.
Rhiannon Sullivan, 29, of Bullhead, AZ was involved in a collision that happened at around 4:15am on April 10, 2024 on eastbound I-40 Freeway near Park Road exit.
Sullivan was stopped or disabled in a traffic lane when a semi tractor trailer hit the back of her black 4 door sedan possible a Cadillac sedan. The contact causes her vehicle to spin around and hit the guardrail. The semi loaded with pipe went down the embankment on the right shoulder.
Firefighters rendered aid to everybody involved in the crash and reported the driver Rhiannon Sullivan, 29-year-old, resident of Bullhead, AZ, was deceased at the scene.
