LUCERNE VALLEY, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Driver lost control of his sport car on Highway 18 near the Mitsubishi Cement Plant Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened on Hwy 18 about a mile from the Mitsubishi Cement Plant on August 3, 2025, about 2:11pm Sunday afternoon. It was reported that the driver of the sliver sport car possibly a Dodge Viper GTS was coming down the mountain from Big Bear.
California Highway Patrol say it appears the driver have lost control of his vehicle at a high speed, while going around a bend in the road, and then hit a guardrail.
No injuries were reported, according to the fire department.
