NEWBERRY SPRINS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A fatal rollover crash on Monday morning on Interstate 40 left a woman dead.
California Highway Patrol said the solo-vehicle crash happened on the westbound I-40, just east of National Trails Highway around 9:15am, October 20, 2025.
The driver of a red small SUV was ejected during the crash.
CHP said, they found a woman that was pinned beneath the wreckage.
She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Barstow Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available. Please check back for updates on this incident.
