ONTARIO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Three people killed and four people injured in a muti-vehicle crash in Ontario Tuesday afternoon.
The multi-vehicle crash happened on westbound Interstate 10 just after the I-15 freeway interchange around 1:15pm on October 21, 2025. They said, as many as eight vehicles, including four semi tractor trailers.
It’s unclear what led up to the crash, but California Highway Patrol said two people were pronounced deceased at the scene. Five others were taken to nearby hospitals, where one was later declared deceased.
The conditions of the other victims were immediately unknown. All of the victims were adults, according to Ontario Fire Department firefighters.
CHP issued a SigAlert for all westbound lanes except for the FasTrak with unknown time of reopen.
We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Rancho Cucamonga Office.
