RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> This past week, the CHP Rancho Cucamonga California Highway Patrol with help from the Baldwin Park Office they joint participation in commercial vehicle enforcement detail along Interstate 10, working together to help ensure the safety of all roadway users.
During this coordinated effort, the Rancho Cucamonga Area issued:
• 52 commercial vehicle out-of-lane citations
• 12 speeding citations
• 5 non-emergency stop violations
• 12 unsafe commercial driving violations
• 117 mechanical violations
• 50 verbal warnings
A total of 63 commercial vehicles were inspected, with 26 placed out of service due to significant safety violations.
