SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Driver as been ID after his SUV careened off the 210 Freeway overpass last Saturday night in San Bernardino.
The driver was identified as Cardale Boone, a 33-year-old resident of Los Angeles. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
California Highway Patrol said, the crash was reported at approximately 9:45pm on January 10, 2026, off of westbound 210 Freeway at the 215 Freeway Interchange.
The vehicle involved was reported to be a white Chevrolet Suburban. Under investigation Cardale Boone lost control and went off the freeway landed about over 100 feet down onto Little Mountain Drive.
First responders from San Bernardino County Fire said, one person was pronounced deceased inside the vehicle, while a second occupant was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center, with injuries described as unknown.
We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Inland Office.
