SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A deadly crash involving at least three vehicles forced the closure of several westbound lanes of the 210 Freeway in the San Bernardino area Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:58am February 11, 2026, on westbound 210 Freeway near the State Street exit.
From the California Highway Patrol stated, a black Chrysler 300CX convertible stopped or disabled in the number one lane. Multiple near-miss of the disable vehicle was reported.
A second vehicle, a black Toyota Supra, was reportedly facing the wrong way and blocking the HOV lane.
The third vehicle was a Jeep hit one of the vehicles.
One person was transported to Community Hospital of San Bernardino and pronounced deceased at the hospital. It is unclear which vehicle the victim was associated with.
Sig Alert was issued for all lanes except the slow lane.
At 6:45am all lanes were reopened.
