PINON HILLS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Two GoFundMe pages has been set up to support the families of three family members tragically killed and three were injured in a crash on Saturday night.

The crash was reported at about 7:50pm on Saturday, May 9, 2026, on Hwy 18/Palmdale Road near Minero Rd. The two vehicles involved in the crash was a silver Honda Odyssey minivan and a black Jeep Wrangler.

The first GoFundMe page is To Support Paola Hernandez’s Family After Tragedy

According to the campaign organizer, Paola Hernandez and her siblings were also inside the Honda Odyssey minivan during the collision. The fundraiser states Paola’s father, Javier Hernandez Ramirez, was driving the vehicle while her mother, Marisela Orozco, was seated in the front passenger seat with Alfredo Orozco a rear passenger was all killed with two passengers airlifted to a nearby hospital.

The organizer wrote that Paola and her siblings suffered broken bones and underwent surgery following the collision.

Another GoFundMe campaign titled Support for Alfredo’s Funeral Expenses was created by Nineth Orozco, who identified herself as Alfredo Orozco’s sister.

According to the fundraiser, Alfredo had just graduated from a short program on the day of the crash, and the family had been celebrating the accomplishment before the collision occurred.

“Alfredo was a loving son, brother, nephew, and friend to so many people,” Nineth Orozco wrote in the campaign description. “He was only 18 years old and had so many dreams, goals, and a whole life ahead of him.”

The fundraiser states six family members were involved in the crash while traveling to celebrate Mother’s Day together when a wrong-way driver allegedly caused the collision. The campaign says Alfredo, his aunt, and his uncle were killed, while three other family members suffered serious injuries and remain hospitalized in stable condition.
