RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> At least one person killed and injured multiple people along the 210 Freeway Monday morning.
The crash happened at about 10:15am on July 27, 2026, on the westbound 210 Freeway, just east of Day Creek Boulevard. It was reported at least four vehicles involved in the collision.
One vehicle possible a black or dark gray Toyota C-HR Subcompact SUV collided in the back of a parked semi tractor-trailer on the right shoulder of the freeway. The collision caused debris to be scattered across all lanes. Possibly a black Toyota Camry sedan may have hit the SUV or debris and crashed into the center divider.
Emergency crews’ responders to the scene. Tragically, at least one individual lost their life in the crash.
All westbound lanes were closed to manage the scene effectively.
Information regarding the total number of injured victims was not immediately released.
We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Rancho Cucamonga Office.
