2 Wanted in Connection of the Hit-And-Run Crash that Killed Two Teen Girls in Victorville on Ridgecrest Road

VICTORVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The California Highway Patrol is searching now for two people in connection with a crash in Victorville that killed two teenagers back on Friday August 14, 2026, on Ridgecrest Road.

It’s believed that the driver of the yellow Chevrolet Camaro was driven by Terry Lamar Easter, also known as “Capone,” is wanted in connection with the fatal crash that killed 17-year-old Victorville resident Maddalyn G. Dailey and her 16-year-old best friend, Isabell Hill, from Hesperia. Easter also allegedly fled the scene following the crash, leaving his 11-year-old son inside the Camaro.

Easter is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and approximately 145 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. He currently has a $1 million warrant for his arrest, and detectives believe he is armed and dangerous.

The second person, is for Easter’s mother, 74-year-old Madge Wells, who is wanted in connection with being an accessory to Easter following the fatal hit-and-run crash.

Wells is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and approximately 112 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She currently has a $50,000 warrant for her arrest.

Update on Lewis, he reportedly turned himself in Monday afternoon after the news broke of his warrant. This has not been comfirmed by the CHP.

All three warrants are connected to the alleged fatal street racing three-vehicle crash on Ridgecrest Road and Elmwood Drive in the city of Victorville back on Friday night August 14.

CHP previously said a yellow Chevrolet Camaro and a black Dodge Charger were traveling northbound on Ridgecrest Rd. with no lights on at a high rate of speed when an Acura driven by Maddalyn pulled out from Elmwood Drive and attempted to make a left turn in front of them.

This resulted in a three-vehicle high speed collision. The yellow Camaro caught fire following the impact, while the Acura sustained major damage and was split into two.

Maddalyn and Isabell were pronounced deceased at the scene. The 11-year-old boy from the Camaro suffered critical injuries and was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital.

California Highway Patrol, Victorville Office has not confirmed that street racing was the caused the crash.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Easter, Wells, and Lewis or all three, is asked to contact the California Highway Patrol by calling 911 with the information. They believe all three are armed and dangerous.
