VICTORVILLE, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The Victorville Police Department conducted a Street Racing crackdown last Saturday night in the city of Victorville.
On August 22, 2026, the Victorville Station conducted a street racing operation from approximately 4pm. through 8pm. The operation was aimed at addressing unsafe driving and traffic violations throughout the city of Victorville.
During the four-hour enforcement operation, deputies conducted 35 traffic stops, resulting in one DUI arrest, four speeding citations, and 24 citations for other traffic violations.
The enforcement operation was conducted as part of ongoing efforts to address dangerous driving behaviors and promote roadway safety throughout the Victorville community.
Funding for this program was provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
