A better chance to see rain and thunderstorms today is in San Diego and east side of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
If you travel through the Cajon Pass or on Interstate 15 from Barstow to Stateline/Las Vegas area. Also onI-40 from Lake Havasu/Laughlin/Needles to Barstow can expect traffic due to the weather condition that can change quickly. Remember to SLOW DOWN in the rain or in blowing dust.
