A Pain In The Pass Facebook Group member Denise Calhoun said what the heck!!! She couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw a man riding a scooter during holiday traffic in the Cajon Pass.
We have to mention that while the state law allows bicycle riding in this section. What this person is doing is clearly not that, and therefore, neither legal or safe.
