Gusting winds can produce 40 to 60+ mph in the region, that can make a dust storm.

The peak time of an afternoon pop-up thunderstorm can start before 11am to 5pm and can last until 8pm with the heat in the air.

The heaviest downpours can have the potential to bring a quick 1-2 inches of rain. The risk for localized flash flooding is low to moderate, but cannot be ruled out because the ground is dry and in the burn scars areas.
