SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A cold front low-pressure system is set to move into Southern California on Sunday morning.
Southern California Weather Force says on Sunday morning, around sunrise a band of moderate to heavy precipitation (squall line) is forecast to push into SoCal and move to the Inland Empire Valleys and local mountains. While a few isolated showers may develop for the high desert cities.

The timing of the rain showers below.
Inland Empire/Cajon Pass: Rain showers could start around 12am-3am with heavier showers around 6am-11am and then scattered rain showers last off and on until 3pm-6pm. Then is a small chance of scattered light rain showers for Sunday night into Monday morning. Foggy conditions for the Cajon Pass Sunday into Monday morning. The Cajon Pass/foothills area could get about ½ inch to an inch+ of rain total. The Inland Empire cities could get about a ½ inch to ¾ inch. Each city could vary.
High Desert cities: could get light rain showers that could start around 7am-9am last and last off and on until late Sunday morning. Gusty winds with 40-50mph gust. Rain total could be a trace to a ¼ inch.
Wrightwood: Rain showers could start around 12am-3am with heavier showers around 6am-11am and then scattered rain showers last off and on until 3pm-6pm. Gusty winds with 30-40mph gust. Dusting of snow is possible above 7,000 feet. Then is a small chance of snow showers for Sunday night into Monday morning with the snow drops around 6,000ft. Rain/snow total could be ½ inch to an inch+. Snow total could be a dusting to one inch.
Weather Alert for the Cajon Pass could see light to heavy rain showers with heavy fog.
If you travel through the Cajon Pass or on Interstate 15 expect traffic due to the weather condition can change quickly. Remember to SLOW DOWN in the rain or in foggy conditions.
Expected wet roadways and localized ponding will be likely, particularly for the foothill areas. Anyone driving during the early morning hours should prepare for slick conditions and brief reductions in visibility.
Scattered rain showers on and off will continue with through Monday morning.
