SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The results are in. During the 4th of July Holiday Enforcement Period from Thursday July 2nd – Sunday July 5th, CHP officers issued thousands of speeding citations to help keep California roads safe.
Speed limits exist for a reason. Slow down, stay alert, and help protect everyone on the road.

43,250 Enforcement Actions
22,983 Total Citations
693 Drivers Over 100 mph
This Holiday weekend is a reminder to always designate a sober driver. Choose to protect yourself and those around you and remember that a DUI costs way more than opting for a rideshare or taxi.
