Big-Rig Goes Up In Flames I-15 Just After The Town Of Baker

BAKER, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A big rig caught fire on Interstate 15 Tuesday afternoon. The flames sent a column of smoke into the Mojave Desert sky you could see for miles.

California Highway Patrol and CAL Fire were getting calls of a big rig tractor on fire just before 2:06pm, Tuesday on October 19, 2021. The big rig stop on the right shoulder of the Interstate about 2 miles after in the town of Baker. No information on how the big rig fire started. The flames only burned the cab, the trailer was saved and was reported to be empty. Everybody did escape the big rig before it became fully engulfed.
