Cajon Pass/Valley Locations will have rain all week, and will be heavy at times. Wednesday and Thursday will be the heaviest and the best chance of flooding. Thunderstorms are not out of the question each day. Leave earlier and give extra time each day. Roads will be wet and slippery so use caution if you are driving. Localized street flooding and possibility debris flows over recent burn area of the Cajon Pass (Cajon Blvd-Cleghorn). The Cajon Pass at times will be foggy, please no flashers on when driving.

Mountains will get Heavy snow all week the higher elevations. Snow level will drop to 6,000 feet. A Winter Weather Advisory for the San Bernardino County Mountains will starts Monday and last all week until Friday morning. Gusty winds each day up to 50 mph. The storms total precipitation forecast around 12″ to 2 feet total of snow all week, with slightly higher amounts. Plan ahead if you will be traveling through the mountains!

Remember it’s the law to have your vehicle lights “ON” in the rain. So people can see you in the rain/fog.
