Potholes can crop up at any time, especially after wet weather. If you see a pothole or any other issue on a freeway or state highway that should be addressed.
Also did you know you can report Landscaping issues, Damaged Guardrail, Graffiti, Traffic Signals (Only on the onramps/offramps), Painted Lines on the freeway, Illegal Encampment, Broken or Missing Signs, and Litter.
