5:20pm UPDATE All Lanes are back open
Northbound 15 a multiple vehicles accident has temporarily closed NB 15 after Hwy 138. There is a report of a person ejected from one vehicle. Helicopter was landed on the freeway.
There was reported there was 2 vehicles racing on Northbound 15 lanes prior to a accident.
Update: The crash was reported at 3:20 pm, on Northbound 15 side, about one mile after the Highway 138 exit.
According to witness, a white Ford Crown Victoria was driving 90+ mph and going in and out of traffic prior to crashing into a Silver Ford Escape SUV then hit a big rig. Then the passenger of the white Crown Vic was ejected out of the car and hit maybe ran over by the sliver SUV. The person was flown to Loma Linda University Medical Center with conditions unknown. Another person was transported by ground ambulance with unknown injures.
Also according to witness the driver of the Crown Vic may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The cause of the crash was under investigation. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available.
