BAKER, CA (Pain In The Pass) — Just after 4am California Highway Patrol were getting calls of a overturned vehicle and caught fire on Northbound 15 Baker Boulevard off ramp in the city of Baker. Reports the vehicle landed about 50 feet away from the freeway. There was a report from witness and the CHP log that at least 2 people inside the trap vehicle.

CHP and Fire Department, which described it as a fatal traffic accident, did not provide further details about a possible cause of the accident and the identities of those involved.

The accident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Barstow office.

CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available.

Update from the San Bernardino Coroner Office only a male body was found in the vehicle not two.
